Kings View Chambers were successful at NMC Case Examiners stage in securing no case to answer for this nurse.

This case is another Coroner’s case where the Trust insurers and solicitors found themselves in conflict between the Trust and the individual nurse. It is always better if you obtain independent legal advice early on so that you can protect yourself.
